The asking price is to high.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. The listing agent doesn't make the home easy to show. (Such as requiring the listing agent be present for all showings, this discourages buyers' agents.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. The home might not be in top condtion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. An "as is" home can be a reg flag. The term "as is" means the seller offers the residence in its current condition and will not pay for any repairs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.
